Leading Edge DMC is a well thought out and crafted idea and put into practice by its founder Ausheet Frank. Peoples Travel and ILTC were the predecessors of Leading Edge DMC and they lived upto their expectations and also fulfilled their mission. In 1993 when South Africa was opening up to the world for tourism, Ausheet saw an opportunity that translated into an idea that is Leading Edge DMC. Ausheet wanted to move away from the airline world to the mystic and wonder world of Exotic and Luxurious Holidays in South Africa and infact the entire Southern Africa as a destination. Today, Leading Edge DMC has an ever growing niche and loyal clientele that travels to Southern Africa, especially South Africa. Now Ausheet Frank and Leading Edge DMC have a new mission in the post covid world, a new idea that is forming and taking shape by the hour. Do check out our Promotions Page to know more.

Ausheet Frank is a Sherwood College alumni, an Ex Air India Manager who served in Iraq and Iran and then gave up the comforts of a Govt. job to pursue his own dreams. He founded Peoples Travels in the 80s, but that was just the beginning of an illustrious journey spanning more than four decades to the present day journey with Leading Edge DMC. Ausheet knows South Africa, Egypt and Israel like the back of his hand. We have saying in Leading Edge DMC “Leave Ausheet in Old Delhi and he will probably get lost but leave him in South Africa and he will be home”. That is how good Ausheet is with South Africa. And not just South Africa, his in depth knowledge of Egypt and Israel is always a source of inspiration to his team as well as his clients. Ausheet is always smiling, laughing and someone who never gets bogged down. He is helpful towards his team, always encouraging, always sharing hilarious antidotes about his experiences. Yeah….one needs to be careful if he is scowling, which is rare, because then you have wronged him. Ausheet is a family man, married to Anshu Frank and they have two wonderful and successful children, Sameep and Karishma. Ausheet is an avid Netflix guy and has watched Suits and much more, his knowledge of Netflix is constantly shared with his team.The writer of this small paragraph is one of his team members.

Pradeep is a Cake person and we mean it literally ! Pradeep is the face behind the success of Elles Cakes, Imphal, Manipur. Pradeep has extensive Sales experience, having worked with Standard Chartered Bank. He is also one of the first entrepreneurs in Manipur when he launched the first Medical Transcription Business known as Manipur Data Systems in 2001. He is a co-Founder of Elles Cakes along with his wife Elizabeth Meitram. His journey with Elles started in 2010 with a home bakery and today they have more than 7 vends in Manipur and are adding more soon. Pradeep and Elizabeth are parents to two beautiful daughters. Pradeep is an avid traveler and is passionate about travel and hence the reason for having been chosen for this most important position.

Naina is Ex Peoples Travel.  She has over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Naina has worked with FCm Flight Centre Management, American Express Banking Corporation, Abercrombie and Kent India Private Limited. Naina is a Sales Professional to the core. Naina is happily married with two wonderful children. We will be adding more about Naina in the near future so please keep a watch on this space.
