Downstairs are another four bedrooms. A large sitting room creates even more living space. The generously sized pool with pool deck and lounge area, as well as an outdoor table and garden, are on this lower level. There is also a 6th bedroom with separate access - not suitable for children.  Just walk across the road to the nearest beach path! This property has state of the art finishings and a fantastic location.
